Since establishing OKKO Eye Specialist Centre in 2015, Dr. Russell has continued to focus on offering high-quality, patient-centred care. He later founded VSON Laser Vision Specialists in 2019, bringing innovative, life-changing refractive treatments such as LASIK, SMILE and implantable Collamer lenses (ICL) to a broad range of patients.
